The spectacular location of Cabo del Sol offered the course designers a huge variety of terrain to work with.  Jack Nicklaus was given the task of designing the dramatic Cabo del Sol Ocean Course (Now a private Course “The Cove Club”), while  Tom Weiskopf was charged with the higher ground of the Cabo del Sol Desert Course.

Located on the highway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, Cabo del Sol is known for its quality golf and housing.  An amazing collection of private homes and Rental Villas are available on this expansive property, with two world class golf courses.

Through the Summer of 2019, Cabo del Sol made some major changes to the Ocean Course, as it transitioned to become a Private Golf Course.  A New residential property has been designed around the new layout offering those looking for a new full time residence some spectacular options.  This newly redesigned course has been renamed the The Cove Club and is 100% private.

The Publicly available Cabo del Sol Golf Course is located on the Desert side of the Highway.  It has 6 new holes which have been designed by FRY/STRAKA golf course architects.  The remaining Weiskopf holes will be slowly remodeled during upcoming yearcourse The unique layouts of these two courses Cabo del Sol Ocean Course and the Cabo del Sol Desert Course offer an unequalled experience in Los Cabos Golf.

With 5 sets of Tee Boxes, players of every skill level are able to enjoy the two courses on this property.
